Madeline Hershberger, the esteemed Director and Owner of our childcare program, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. With a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Madeline has dedicated her career to fostering nurturing and enriching environments for young learners. Her commitment to excellence is evident in the thoughtfully designed programs and supportive atmosphere she cultivates, ensuring each child can thrive and grow. Madeline’s leadership inspires her team to deliver top-quality care and education, making her a beloved figure among staff, children, and parents alike. Her vision emphasizes creativity, inclusivity, and a holistic approach to early childhood development. 

Sweet Miss Lili joined our school family in February as the lead teacher in our youngest classroom. Her love for children shines through in everything she does! She loves caring for each child’s needs and making their days full of fun, learning, and lots of smiles.

With her silly personality and creative ideas, Miss Lili makes the classroom a happy and engaging place to learn and play. Outside of school, she loves being outdoors and getting creative with arts and crafts, painting, and all things art!
